What file types can I upload as evidence?
PDF, JPG, PNG, and WEBP files, up to 10MB each.
Can I attach more than one document to a claim?
Yes — upload as many supporting documents as you need from the Documents section of your brand dashboard.
What's the difference between a claim and a document?
A claim is the statement you're making about your product. Documents — certificates, lab reports, ingredient lists — are the proof that backs it up.
Where can I see which products need more evidence?
Your brand dashboard shows each product's review status. Claims without supporting documentation are shown as "Limited Evidence" until documentation is added.
